Order DRY RUB USES: To prepare any meat using our rubs, simply apply olive oil, the desired amount of rub, then seal within a ziplok in the fridge overnight for maximum flavor. Remove from the fridge and let set out for one 1/2 hour before grilling. Never cook cold meat and do not cut for three minutes after the meat is removed from the grill to retain the juices.
